Christopher M. Smith
Managing Litigation Attorney Christopher M. Smith was drawn to the study of law because he loved “the idea of being in court advocating for others.”
Smith grew up in Clearwater, FL. He graduated from Florida State University in 2007, and Florida Coastal School of Law in 2011. After graduation, he moved on to work for the Hillsborough County Public Defenders Office and a family law practice briefly in 2013 before coming to Winters & Yonker Personal Injury Lawyers
Smith’s experience in practicing different types of law — personal injury, family law, criminal law — brings unprecedented insight to the Winters and Yonker, P.A. practice.
When Smith isn’t practicing law, he enjoys Bayshore Boulevard, spending time with family, traveling and staying active.
“It seems the harder I work, the more luck I have,” a quote from Thomas Jefferson, is Smith’s work mantra. As a Clearwater personal injury attorney, he brings persistence and ambition to all of his cases and understands the difference going the extra mile can make in the success of a personal injury case.
Smith finds gratitude in his work through “the ability to leave someone in a better situation than when they came to you.” He loves meeting and interacting with people, and encourages you to call him today!
